I am having

Intel Pentium D 3Ghz
945G mobo
1x 1gb and 1x512mb ddr2 ram
320gb WD hdd
Gforce 8500Gt 512mb gfx card
lg cd rw
iball psu

It was working fine at morning, when i start later no beep, no signal on screen but mobo light is on, all fans working, hdd on also cd rw is up, but no boot

i did following
1. removed ram and replaced, checked both ram one by one
2. removed battery for sm time
3. re connected all cables
4. removed gfx card and then checked.
5. started pc without ram and hdd still no beep at all

any one know whats wrong? may be psu problem i will buy new one but which will be good psu accoeding to above parts?

Thanks

I know it may sound lame but lol have you checked your display unit? Btw try your PSU on some other PC.

Edit: Forgot to write this :p Try re-installing the CPU in the socket.

5. started pc without ram and hdd still no beep at all

then its problem with your mobo or psu(which may supply enough power to mobo)

which psu i need for above config?

For now, FSP Saga II 400W @1.9K would do the job easily for you.
For future proof config, you will need SMPS with more power.
