I install Fedora7 from the new Digit. But there is no sound. And at startup
I get an error message theat no sound card detected. Any body help me to
configure my sound card in fedora7.
I donot have any other soundcard Only onboard. I have intel D101GGC
mother board. In my motherboard case it is written that Intel High Definition
audio 5.1 Sorround sound. And in the controll panel of XP I found that my
audio hardware is Realtek high definition Audio.

make sure u, unmute the volume control by checking(right click>open volume_control) the speaker icon on right top panel on fedora.

"alsaconf" is the script(command in terminal as root) used to configure sound.but Fedora autoconfigures sound.
