No sound when receiving a call

I am facing this strange issue since past 2 days. I am using Redmi 2 Prime (MIUI 7.1.3.0). I didn't install any new app in past 2 days. Also haven't changed any settings or installed any updates.

I am unable to hear any sound when I receive any call. Even the other person isn't able to hear anything. Everything is fine if I dial the number.

All volume settings are set to max.

Any clue?

Really hard to to say. What you posted, could be anything. More often than not it's a network thing. Try using the SIM on an alternate phone and see if you can receive calls. If you can, get the Redmi serviced.
