HI,
I have 4 partition on my HDD.i have installed NIS in D: coz there is low space in C:, which is the primary HDD where os is installed. When ever i update my antivirus, the space in C: gets low. Where the updated files get installed in C: or D: coz in D: i have my NIS installed.

is there a way to updated file to be installed on same partition if it gets downloaded in C:

Actually the updates files are downloaded in C: and then your NIS gets update thats why you get low disk space warning.

Maybe they are stored in the temp folder in C. Try clearing temp files and Run CCleaner.
