Norton Updare Errer..??? Help...!!!!

in nortorn Pro 2003 update i get this errer..!!

in

i uninstall both and reinstall but problem is same...!!

download the liveupdate engine again for the virus defs. seems noron is having a lotsa trouble with nav 04.
i m seriously thinking of migrating to AVG.

i feel updatng the nav frm internet shold solve problem. if not remove norton and install AVG(it's avlble free) or McAfee
