i don't know what is going wrong with my PC. it frequently freezes. while executing an application or playing a video or a song it suddenly stop functioning. mouse cursor stops responding, sometime monitor flashes and then again i have to restart my PC and then again after some time same thing happen. I'm going nuts over it. please help.

may be some unnecessary process are running in background.. post a snapshot of your task manager showing processes and CPU usage.etc
run following commands and save it to a file.Upload it on any file sharing site and post the link here:
perfmon /rel
perfmon /report
you may install WHO CRASH after activating the SMALL MEMORY DUMP.
hi there bro try to reinstall your os if problem remains replace your hard drive when i personally face this problem i solve it by changing my hard drive.
