+1 to One Plus One, Xperia Z series has self cracking screen issues(only buy it if you are willing to take the risk)
Note 3 is not worth it,its got an oversaturated display and camera IMHO and crapwiz and exynos arent worth it at all
Lumia 830,930,1520 are also worth considering
HTC Desire 820 is also worth checking out,2 of my friends just bought it a while ago,can easily pass as a 40k phone going by its impressive SD615 and awesome display and camera

Doesn't amazon deliver to Dehradun(I guess you live there.)

Nearest option is to cash on delivery to a landmark in nearest city where delivery is available.

Collect from there.
