Offline Media Player from 2 TB HDD (with audio out)

I don't need the fancy smart android tv boxes that are nearest to what i m thinking but i want these things

1. It should have a usb connection to the hard disk drive from which it can play 720p (x265 HEVC codec wali) videos.

2. It should have a HDMI port to which i can connect my computer monitor. (infact if it takes DVI or VGA wire my monitor has ports for those too so i don't have to use the HDMI wire)

3. It should have an audio out to which i can connect simple speakers so the audio comes from there. (and not from the HDMI/DVI/VGA wired moniter)

4. As a bonus it would be nice if it has connections for the RCA wires too, so it can connect to my old TV (but it looks unlikely as it seems the world has moved on)

I don't need fancy internet connectivity, android etc. Just the above things would be nice. Is there a device in market like that?
