OpenCola is a brand of cola unique in that the instructions for making it are freely available and modifiable. Anybody can make the drink, and anyone can modify and improve on the recipe as long as they, too, license their recipe under the GNU General Public License.

the recipe is freely available. so, open source.
__________
Note: Free as in speech.

(maybe someone will invent an open source beer, making "free beer" a confusing term)

Eversince I became enlightened by the scientific facts and the way these companies are treating third world nations.....I have switched to natural alternatives. I enjoy lassi, fruit juices, cold milk and many other things. I dont touch coke, cola , pepsi , sprite or any other similar junk.

let us give open source cola free to Microsoft HaRdCOrE X@X@X fanboys first!atleast their mind may become fresh to choose the right OS like U know...:D
mircrosoft विस्टा aspirants are the best to give this cola first.they are welcoming this DRM crap on their (soon to be patented by MS) heads:evil:

Thats the important of being open source/free. Now you have a recipe licensed in GPL, go and remove all those you don't need, add all those you want, and voila, you have a favourite drink then.

I will remove everything out of it except water :p and if the water comes from Coca Cola's tanks then I will remove that.
So, what do we have here? Something that MS specialises in - vapourware

The last I heard, the water is acquired by deprivng the poor in that region. But I like the taste of the drink though.
