Kingston - 1k

Transcend - 800 bucks.

1GB DDR2 800 Mhz Transcend or Kingston costs around 750-750 bucks but if your mobo supports 2GB per slot I would recommend you to opt for 2GB DDR2 module and they are cheap too ~ around Rs. 1100-1200 ;-)
