Can we get NEW PC for 15k???IF so what might be the best configuration???Please do reply...

I know it is sure possible, but not sure about the latest price. I will chk with my cousin whos working in a hardware (PC) shop.

yes its possible
even pc with 10k is possible
also if you want pc only for internet usage then then 3.5k is enough
