Why over-spend when OP's requirements aren't demanding? Even a Pentium G4500 would do the job.

^^a dedicated gpu such as a 750ti and an i5 cpu would be a total overkill for a machine intended to be used in a pharmacy where its primary function would be to generate reports and keep medical records of patients. For the op's requirements a pentium cpu with 8 gigs of ram would have sufficed-and those entry level CM psus are extremely unreliable and tend to fail often for no rhyme or reason(i say this from experience)-he'd be better off buying a Corsair CX or a seasonic eco series psu instead.
