Intel Pentium G3220 -3400,
Gigabyte H81M-S2PV -4000,
Deepcool Tesseract -2700,
Dell E2014H 19" LED -5500,
Corsair CX500 -3500,
Logitech Z313 2.1 speakers -2200,
Logitech Mk200 -800.
TOTAL -22,100.

Dont go with such PSU so Corsair is enough. Pentium G suits your Budget. iGPU is more than enough.

INTEL I-5 (4440)---~11k
Gigabyte GA-H97-D3H--~8k(this is full size atx mobo so make sure your cabinet has atx mobo compatibility though almost every mid tower cabinet has).

Well I really wanted to get a new cabinet as my current one is a local one. So decided to go with Intel i5 4440 ,Asus B85M-G and Deepcool Tesseract. The cabinet also looks good imo
