I am working on AOSP, and want to modify android for real time.
Those who have experience please suggest me a phone

Nexus devices are what I think are the most common for development perspective.
But camera might be a problem.

Nexus 5 has a really good camera. It's not the best but it's also not the worst. @$hadow you should know that bro. I see you got a Nex 5 yourself.

If you think N5 camera is good then you have clearly not seen other phones camera like for eg Z1,G2 and S4

N5 camera is above average at best.

I use it that is why I am saying that it is average. I have seen camera of my brothers G2 and his friends z1 and the pictures taken from them are fab.
