Pinnacle Stereo TV TUNER CARD trouble!!

i hv a prob wid my new Tv tuner card.
when i install the software,the driver for PAL CAPTURE DEVICE shows a prob in device mngr.
and when i uninstall the software then the CD rom drivers get corrupt and CD rom is nt detected.
plz help.

For the CD drive detection, reset the BIOS to defaults. It will take care of everything. As for the error on PAL Capture device, it is because of the incompatibility between XP SP2 and the card. Pinnacle has been stupid enough to not have the patch on their website for this too long. After you install the drivers and app., and see that error on the device, run this program and restart the computer.
