Today i got my Transcend 512MB DDR1 400 Ram.
Want to place it in its socket.
I would like to know are there any precautions to take.
Can it be placed in socket with anyside.
Is there any chance for blow-ups.
Need not to say its urgent...........

(Its costed me Rs 2650. Is price ok)

It will get into socket by only one way...look at the dent/gap inbetween and match it with one on socket and then press...then put on the side locks .....adn then start ur PC...it will not blow off as such ..just if u have not doen properly PC will not start ;)....
