In G500 series which one will be best suited for my work??

For Z510 i saw its price around 45K by one of sellers on amazon ( For 1TB, i5, 4Gb model) while on other sites it is selling around 49K. Which one is genuine?

It is always about the seller reputation. Good reputation is some what equivalent to genuine product.
For G500 get the basic model as per your requirements it will fulfill your needs.
