Please suggest a mobo

I'm getting the AMD FX8350. I need a motherboard around 10-11k. I have a few in mind. Plz help me by suggesting the best option available at this price.

1. ASUS M5A99FX PRO R2.0 Motherboard (~11.5k)

2. Gigabyte GA-990XA-UD3 Motherboard (~10k)

Which one should I get? Plz do suggest if something better is available at this range.

My vote goes for the asus one. Better vrm!
