Please suggest gaming cpu configuration under rs 20k

I want to upgrade my 10 year old desktop.

So i m thinking to replace the whole cpu.

Should i buy a ready-made one from the market or should i get it assembled with my own custom components?

Please give suggestions for the both.

I want a small size cpu which would take less space.
