I dont think its something worth showing off. One might spends lots of money on them and be happy. One may spend a little money and still be happy.
Nothing I beleive worth showing off atleast on a Technology forum

There isn't any reason why someone should like firecrackers.
Anyway, I think, the "evil" in your username, is justified by the thread you have just created.

Anyone showing off their "firecrapper" collection is a big weirdo to the world and a liability to his children.

I don't mind someone showing firecrackers collection but certainly I have better things to buy at this point which doesn't include firecrackers.

1. Potentially lethal
2. Air Pollution
3. Land Pollution
4. Water Pollutin (even this)
5. Noise Pollution
6. Child Labour
7. Waste of money

Just getting started why *somone* shouldn't like crackers.

I'm aware of these bro, thats why in my whole life i have never burnt crackers of more than 500 total. :) I said that just specifically, apart from these why one wouldn't like? Of course there is eternal joy in firing them, if only the negatives could not have risen up :(

PS- I not at all find it waste of money. If its like that, anything spent on one's passion/liking would be money wastage

Hey sarath waise do you like to buy crackers?

Yeah but dead people in my apartment.

I wish the Mumbai life. Every festival is celebrated so grandly there. I miss all of it.

I would get crackers if I could. I have already missed more than half my Diwali's due to one reason or another.

For a moment I though you were talking about Formula 1 :D Then saw water and child labour and I was like...time to read the thread title

When I switch ON my environmental computer, in D:\ Diwali\ Firecrackers, it says :
"You're executing a harmful malware on Earth. Firecrackers causes Air pollution, health hazard and noise pollution. So please open it in the 'SANDBOX' mode of our anti-polluter system."

But sadly, there's no mode like that on our beloved Earth, and so no crackers...
