Prepaid Plan (For STD calls)

Which operator offers the best prepaid plans for a cellphone customer to make STD calls? I heard that there's a night (11am to 6pm) plan which makes STD calls between Reliance to Reliance numbers absolutely free for a price of Rs 80 or something/month. Is that true?
Any other STD rate cutters in offer from any other operator?

Take a look at Vodaphone and Aircel.

My existing connection is Vodafone and it's not great at all. Aircel doesn't seem to offer anything great either. :evil:

I have Reliance CDMA and it rocks buddyyyy....U have the option to choose rate of 50p/min , 1 p/ sec or 1 rs / 3 min plan ...

Also for 77 rs voucher per month all calls from Rel- Rel are 20p/min

Also never go for Reliance GSM..their n/w sucks !!
