Digit Back with a Bang!!!!

Hey I got the Mag on 4th this month which is really surprising. Now I must say you guys(Team Digit) are back in form. The Mag with 138 pages including cover is the best in the recent times. All articles are simply superb. Tips and ticks Mind blowing. Cell phone review was much awaited and u have done really good job.
I appriciate the way u packaged the Cd and DVD u have not included a movie which is good instead u included HD trailers.
Small games included are the best.
This means you guys are implementing the suggestions in the suggestion box.
Fast track on keyboard shortcuts is good i have to read it though.
Once again let me say u ROCK!!!
U r in time.
Mag has the pages and xcellent contents.
CD&DVD quality, contents and packaging are simply superb.
Fast Track in color..

My god u might have kicked ur butts very hard.

My Old Digit is Back. I expect this every month from now onwards.

God Bless digit.

T

Superb Contents. Will surely buy this issue atlast

good work keep it up

I think you have gain some responsibilty man..............

Contents are good and big thing is that this month you are on time......

i already said it before that this issue is good..
one thing ..
my SUSE BOOTABLE IS NOT WORKING ..
that is it is not installing the full content of suse ..
in the mud way it is stopping..
but my LFU suse dvd is doing it..
so i think there is a problem in ur bootable suse disk..
but otherwise it is working..

Just bought...Yet to open..looks really good..

pretty cool this time!

Seems eight has got back to track... Will buy this one and if its up to the mark as mentioned above...will continue to buy hereafter...

Thanks for vistasp1 , it was my request for this month...

And also thanks for the hd trailors..

naveen_reloaded, are you making posts from a phone?

^ lol might be. Coz "eight" can also be "digit" when we type 34448 in T9 mode

Nice

But what abut Linux Section. .A regular review of Linux OS/Applications would be blockbuster

Yup. Which is why I asked

Why is OpenArena for windows on Productivity > Create ?

You guys want everyone to frag each other in offices instead of working ?

Anyway, real men play Urban Terror, not Quake3 or OpenArena 8)

And I think you should give the free version of dBpoweramp in the utilities disc, along with ALL the plugins from its website.

A good archieve of firefox addons, along with their description and review would have been welcome too.

Good Issue. Delivered on 06-08-08. Prompt delivery in recent months to a disgruntled subsciber who is still waiting for the JULY 2008 issue to be delivered.

Thanks for publishing my tute

though the title & time is not correct

Great mag this month. Thanks a lot Team digit.

By going through the preview, Now I am upset.

Say why because By seeing their past issues from feb to june I pledged that I will not buy digit for next 3 months. Now this looks a great issue this month.

I will have to borrow it form someone or I have to wait for my bro who lives in delhi. After I stopped buying, he started buying digit there.

Buy I am a man of words. So my next issue will be of October.

digit i am missing you.

Similar to the content of PC World

Which content seems similar to PCWorld to u?

DVD or mag??
If ur problem(?) is with DVD content I don't want to comment.........but mag content is surely diff.

V

WoW...It's really good and games seems to have increased. and thanks for including cellphone reviews.

@toofan_nainital
This guy is always unhappy
lol
pls do not compare wit other mag guys this Aug issue of Digit just ROCKS.
I hope they will continue like this in the future..

Finally the articles are worth reading. Top Class and not irrelevant as earlier ones. Was really surprised to see the mag in stands on 2nd August itself!!!
The only gripe is that problem with openSUSE 11 Bootable DVD, gets stuck in the middle.

R

Even i have the same issue i thought it was due to a faullty DVD..

i have te same problem with suse...
but other wise thanks DIGIT for the great come back issue

R

Hi,
I think all u guys missed out that in "Featured tutorial from the......." section headline is "How to:Get old kirsch forum theme back!" and the content is "How to use pen drive or Usb Flash drive with NTFS"
Either this is a typo or I've got a faulty copy

How come there is no preview of the September issue yet?

^I dont think there would be any, there is no sense of doing it now on 8th as the magazine is aready out, even the subscribers must have started getting it now. They fogot the preview this month i guess

Waise, i haven't got my subscriber copy yet.

^^Me too......

Digit's delivery is really pathetic and slow

.

I got the aniversary issue on 14th or 15th

.

But there are people, like me, who’re never going to go to the stands just to check out the mag. The online preview helps them decide whether they want to buy it or not.

I, for example, would’ve liked to see what sort of iPhone coverage they have, if any.

FAIL!
