Print and copy issues in EPSON L380 inkjet(INKTANK) printer

Hi all.
For the past few days,I observe that my EPSON L380 printer is printing and copying(photocopy) fine in color mode,but when it comes only to GRAYSCALE mode,then half of the page is printed,rest vertical lines are drawn. This never happens in COLOR mode printing.
NO ISSUES WITH SCANNER.

I've updated to the latest driver software also.
But this peculiar problem persists.

Help is appreciated friends.

for this its better u contact customer service as this problem comes under manufacturing. How old it is? Also, was it printing fine back when it was new?

Contacted customer service this Feb 2021. The Kolkata Service center is just bogus!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
A guy was sent,who only went through downloading softwares from the site.Took Rs.600.00 as service charge,since it was out of warranty period.
The printer was purchased on 2017.It was printing fine then,even few days back.

Ultimately,uninstalled the drivers and reinstalled again by proper configuration.
Seems the issue has gone .
