Is there any flash player which can help me instead of playing these files in web browser?? Iam a newbie, so weak in this:(

VLC should be able to run those files fine I guess. If not try rich Internet applications | Adobe Flash Player

Two ways:
1. Either download a .swf opener.
2. Make a standalone .exe file for which you can download Adobe flash professional trail then open the .swf file. go to file>>create projector>>save the file (Remember if .swf is in few kb it will be about few mb in .exe)

I guess you can merge both the files with a software like Adobe Flash Player Professional or Macromedia Flash Player (Older than Adobe's Flash player but better, not bloated like Adobe Flash Professional).

OR there are many swf mergers software you can search for in Google.

You can also convert them to mp4,flv using Total Video Converter or anything similar
