My suggestion is:-

AMD Athlon II X4 635 @ 4K
Gigabyte GA-880GMA-USB3 @ 5K
Corsair 4 GB 1333 MHz Value DDR3 single stick @ 1.3K
Seagate 500 GB 7200.12 SATA @ 1.9K

total: 12.2K
For HD movie watching and light gaming, Athlin II X4 635 is enough. I have suggested you a pricer motherboard because of the following reasons:
1. This motherboard is AM3+ certified and will support upcoming Bulldozer processor. So a more future proof solution
2. This one is having both SATA 3 6 Gbps and USB3.0 support.

It cannot be guessed properly now...Phenom prices have been dropped already...don't expect very high price drop over it. Probably price of the Hex core Phenom processors will come down.

Re: procy mob ram hdd for 13k

K guys you suggested good one but i'm not going for using discrete graphics and not even for bd in future so please suggest me a low price mother board around 4.5k and i will get phenom II 955 be for 5.2k in my area. I don't want usb3 and sata 3 but i need 6port audio becoz i'm gonna use 5.1 speakers.
If possible suggest me good mother with good IGP

I would honestly suggest OP to go for Llano E3850
the system will touch 14k mark but will be worth it

For monitor, get Dell ST2220M 21.5" LED Full HD display @ 7.85K in smcinternational.in. It has DVI-D and VGA connector.

For motherboard, my suggestion will be MSI 880GM-E41 @ 4.2K, rather than E31. E41 has slightly better build quality and comes with 4 DIMM slots. So it is better for future upgrades.
