1) Can I connect DVD player with Monitor (CRT), so that I can watch movie
without switching on my pc.

2) Is placing speakers near monitor...affects the display of monitor ?

3) Where is Lite-on Service center in delhi ?

Yes, you need a box to convert the signal to VGA.

If your speakers are not shielded, yes it will flicker/distort.

i think you can directly connect it to the DVD player if it has the port, i remember connecting it once to my monitor

speakers have a magnet and when placed on or next to the monitor will cause color bleed or flicker and over time the screws the monitor.

PS: This happens only with CRT type monitors.

+1 speaker problem was with speakers that came 7 years back not today

Everyone who buys lite on products is bound to look for its service center, wonder how it is digit's favourite.
