I am planning to buy dell15r 5537. It has an amd 8850m ddr5 gpu. I am mostly going to work with 3d applications like maya , zBrush and unity3D game engine. I have heard that amd gpu only kicks in when a game is being played and will use intel on board graphics rest of the time. So my question is will I be able to use the GPU for rendering i.e will it switch to the amd GPU???
Also if you have a better recommendation for laptop under 65k it will also be appreciated.
