Radeon Pro 1.1.1.0 Errors

It crashes sometimes with the message:

Radeon Pro failed to initiate on machine "."

Restarting the PC fixes it.

While a game is running, if i make changes to any game settings in any of the tabs, and Apply it, it doesnt take effect in-game. but theoretically it should.
