Is there any free Rar repair software?
i need to repair a 90 mb rar file

would you like to elaborate your problem. what kind of error your are getting while extracting ?

Depending on corrupt archive details, RAR may display or skip this message. The message “CRC failed in file name. The file is corrupt” is always displayed if the file data are damaged. Are you sure you have the full file ?
Try Rar repair tool here or Advanced rar repair free trial here and see if they fix your problem as sometime only a small part of missing file causes error messages to appear.
