Better wait for the price to settle down. Else you will have to pay premium for adopting early.

Decide if you are willing to pay the early adopter price as price of CPU, mobo & RAM are likely to fall, esp the latter two.

CPU - AMD R9 7950X - 66k

CPU Cooler - Deepcool AK620 - 5.5k

Mobo - Asus TUF X670E WiFi - 34k

RAM - 2x 16GB DDR5 6000MHz C40 - 20k

GPU - Your 3060

M.2 SSD - WD SN850 1TB NVMe Gen4 - 12.5k

HDD - None

PSU - NZXT C750 - 9k (can use CV650 for now)

Cabinet - Lian Li Lancool II Mesh - 8.2k (get a fan hub for 500 + Arctic P12 PWM for rear exhaust)

Monitor - Yours

Total - 155.2k

Check primeabgb, mdcomputers, theitdepot, vedant computers, onlyssd (online stores) for PC parts at a good price. Some parts have such low prices on amazon during sales as well.

Keep CPU limited to 105W with eco mode, apparently just 10% lower performance but at much lower temps & power draw. AMD made stupid out of the box calibration IMO making it reach 95C. There's potential for undervolting to maybe reach full stock performance at lower temps & power draw.

For the case, go with the performance variant of the Lancool 2, it eliminates the need of a rear exhaust fan, by sacrificing RGB (your choice). You might want to add 2 extra exhaust fans on the top though. A fan hub is not needed, as I presume that the Lancool 2 already comes with one. Besides, your motherboard will have plenty of fan headers, so daisy chain your fans and plug it in.

A new PSU is definitely recommended. The 7950x by itself takes in about 240w at load, and the 3060 gobbles up another 130w or so. If you're planning on upgrading your CPU or GPU down the line, I would recommend a minimum of 850w, though IMO a 1000w PSU would be better. 750w will let you upgrade peanuts. You may very well be tempted, considering that AMD has promised a long lifeline for AM5, and, well, the GPU.
Get NZXT C1000/ Corsair RM1000x/ MSI MPG A1000G.

Also, remember to follow this-

I own Lancool II Mesh RGB, it doesn't come with a fan hub, hence mentioned it. I didn't find the performance variant here when I was buying, but at 9k now, can be considered. But you can just add a rear Arctic P12 to RGB one & have RGB fans as well, up to OP to decide.

1000W PSU is more futureproof for sure, but not sure if its worth it to OP.

R9 7970X at 240W run at 95C, will draw 240W only if you have a 360mm AIO, doubt air coolers can sustain that. Also, Ryzen gets hotter than Intel for same power draw apparently. Anyways, 7950X at 105W is just 10% inferior to its max performance but with much better thermals & lower power draw. PBO2 tuning/undervolting will help for sure. AMD should have put something like 150W TDP limit as stock with an option to overclock & raise power limits, CPU running at 95C at stock on even high-end coolers is not a good behaviour, not everyone who buys a desktop is an enthusiast who will tune these.

Hmm thats weird. Lian Li's own website shows a fan hub. Might be false marketing.
I would personally prefer 2 140mms for airflow over 3 120mms, especially considering that the former is bundled with an exhaust as well. But yes, could be OP's choice.

I doubt that a solid tower cooler causes a chip to throttle before the temps does. The temperature behaviour is truly odd, might slaughter custom water loops once and for all.
Stock is 175w or something I believe. With power limits unlocked, it touches 240W. AMD insists that Zen 4 is capable of handling 95 C 24/7, not keen on taking their advice though. But since there have been no problems yet, IG its fine.
I think the AK620 will hold the frequencies without throttling. It can after all sustain 200w loads. In the article below, an NH U14S is used. But AK620 and NH U14S practically fall in the same category.

How long have to wait for price drop

Have 1 nvme SSD
Mobo has 4 NVMe slots, since you have the budget, can consider getting a Gen4 SSD. Else skip.

How long have to wait for price drop
Few months, maybe till Jan-Feb. B650 is launching next month, prices are usually high for initial 2-3 months.

IMO a decent B650 should be able to run 7950X at 120W or so. Anyways with undervolting, you can get stock like performance at 87W (based on the video posted earlier, so at 120W or so with UV, you will outperform stock performance. AK620 should be able to keep it under 90C at max load with those settings.

If Jan-Feb feels long, maybe wait till next month end & get a good B650 mobo for maybe 20k, like Asus B650 TUF Plus WiFi or MSI B650 Tomahawk, which have 3 NVMe slots as well.

I doubt CPU prices will drop anytime soon. DDR5 prices might, maybe about 2-5k or so. IMO, the only thing worth waiting for is B650 motherboards or Intel 13th Gen. B650 prices as mentioned are already high, and I doubt that a 13900k will be able to catch up.
So if you're want to get your build righy away, then go ahead.

If you can wait till next month, wait for B650. Else get X670. Paying a bit extra is ok as you are getting top of the line CPU. I highly doubt 13900K will be as good as 7950X, esp at low power draw of 120W. 12900K required a 360mm AIO for cooling.

But except for top end CPUs, I expect Intel to dominate in budget & mid-range segment. Anyways time will tell.

The only thing that can potentially drop in price is motherboard and DDR5 memory. It's mostly low end motherboards that will drop in price as well, and I doubt that they will be able to run an unlocked 7950x. Memory won't drop price by much either.
So better to get your build now, as there won't be a big price difference later. Besides, a mobile RTX 3050 won't get you as far as an RTX 3060.
B650 motherboards are already out as well. Consider this one- Asus TUF Gaming B650-PLUS Motherboard
Has 3 M.2 slots for storage, solid VRMs (as long as you run Eco mode/undervolt. It should be able to sustain at peak power consumption as well.) and pretty good IO.

Would go with the 2nd build. The PRO B650 M has only two M.2 slots for storage and (for what its worth) no PCIe 5.0. Power delivery doesn't look to be the best either, so eco mode or PBO2 optimizer is a must. I would suggest spending an extra 3k for the TUF B650 mentioned before.

Ant Esports cabinets dont even have a fraction of the build quality that the Lancool II has. The Ant Esports cabinet is fine for lower end builds, and is barely sufficient for higher end builds. Lancool II is an easy pick all day. It has much better ease of installation and airflow then the ICE 120AG. If you feel that the Lancool II is overkill for you, consider other cabinets like the Asus TUF GT301 or Antec DF600 Flux (both dont come with PWM fans though).

Honestly, need to wait for VRM testings of B650 to give a 100% confident answer, but MSI B650M A Pro should be fine, based on historical models. Also, you have to anyways limit power & undervolt it, so overall power draw will be 130W on load. It has just 2x M.2 slots though. Consider this for 3x M.2 slots:
ASUS TUF GAMING B650-PLUS WIFI AMD Ryzen AM5 ATX Motherboard

For PSU, can consider Corsair RM850x for 11k, unless you think you will buy a power hungry GPU like RTX 4090, even that works fine on 850W PSU though.

Lancool II Mesh is one of the best cabinets out there for that price, check Gamers Nexus review to know the intricacies. As mentioned earlier, get a Deepcool fan hub for 450 & add an Arctic P12 for rear exhaust.

I've a question, here in our town Power Cut is quite frequent / sometimes it goes for longer period, power surge during rain & lightning also occurs during rainfall,
(few months back our inverter got severely damaged from lightening and repaired)

Should I attach a UPS with the system or connect it directly with Inverter ( Microtek Digital UPS EB 850 VA) line like other appliances i.e. TV, Fans, lights?

Not sure if a 850VA inverter can handle the PC on load, try it maybe, if it can't, PC &/or inverter will trip. I'm not an expert in inverter stuff but a friend uses it directly with his PC (1kVa inverter though).

I use a 1.1kVA APC UPS, just enough time for me to close the game & shut it down.

My problem arises when it happens mid way of a rendering ( of course my current setup is 11yrs old, new setup hopefully will reduce the rendering time )
previously I've used 4 of them, they couldn't keep it up with inverter during low voltage / frequent power cut and eventually burnt one of my MOBO(ga78lmt-usb3) & PSU(450)

If old PC didn't render on inverter, new one won't as well, unless you keep CPU power in check, like at 80-90W with UV. For CPU intensive rendering, GPU shouldn't be drawing its full power, so it should be possible to run in inverter. My PC while gaming with 1440p monitor (25W), consumes in total 400W where my CPU runs at 45-60W & GPU at 220-240W. Keep other appliances on inverter in check as well.

Yes, both are the same. Personally, I would recommend buying from MDComputers rather than Flipkart, as Flipkart isnt best known for selling computer parts.

National PC good ? Should I buy from them?
Idk, I've never used them before. There doesnt seem to be much reviews of them either. Is the item you're looking for not available on MD, Vedant, Prime or Clarion?
If its the 7950x, check this- 65,490

National PC is also an old seller. But I will prefer Clarion as well.

G Skill 5200Mhz C40 is good (at 17.3k).
But TBH, even that is a bit on the higher side, as 2x16GB 5200Mhz DDR5 DIMMS usually cost about 14.5k.

There's the problem of socket compatibility. AMD said that AM4 brackets are fine with AM5, but companies still make AM5 brackets, as there have been complaints of cooler backplate incompatibility. And that was with higher end coolers, so most likely, your A30 will face the same issue.

Even if it works fine, there's the problem of cooling. A power limit is a must to prevent throttling, so you'll have to cap it below 125 watts. You will be losing performance as well.

Why not just get the Deepcool AK620 for 5.5k instead? Saves time and hassle.

This DDR5 6000MHz CL30 kit looks good for 24.4k, AMD recommend 6000MHz low timing RAM as the best pairing for Ryzen 7000:

Got everything and assembled few days back but the tragedy is I Couldn't connect it with my old monitor, I tried to connect RTX 3060 with a HDMI to DVI Cable with Syncmaster 2033, as the GPU has only HDMI ports, but my monitor ( while connecting with NEw PC as well as my Old laptop) couldn't able to get the signal and keep displaying check the signal cable!

Is there any way out or have to buy a new monitor ( <8k ) as Right now I can't buy anything on EMI

Can you borrow a monitor from somewhere to check if the PC is working? If you have a TV with HDMI, use that to check the PC first.

IMO HDMI to DVI cables should work, not sure what's causing it to not work. Maybe cable is at fault as your old laptop is also not working?

I don't remember exactly, I vaguely remember in one/some of the board's specification it's mentioned that HDMI-DVI/VGA/DP (something along this line) adapter won't work around the time I was buying 4yrs back. If this is the case, it could be the reason. Anyway try google.

Everything is working now , it was my fault, CPU Fan & Chasis Fan headers were mismatched, HDMI to DVI cable and the Old monitor also working.
