Hello, I have Redmi 4 mobile phone. During the past couple of days, I am experiencing strange problem with my phone. It is not getting charged while its ON. I have to power off the phone to make it fully charge. Even my PC/laptop does not recognise it while connecting. Please tell me what is going on with it. I have neither broken, nor I have dropped it. Its absolutely working fine a week ago.
