how to remove automatic windows updator preventing it to give update notices.

Right Click My Computer->Properties->Automatic Updates->Turn Off Automatic Updates.

not that !!!! How can you remove it by registry editor.
Yeah, tell the registry hack. Disabling it that way will still eat my head by the reminders.
There r 2 methods, which I know in registry!
Method 1.)
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\WindowsUpdate\Auto Update
In right-side pane, change the value of AUOptions to 1
Method 2.)
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Policies\Microsoft\Windows\WindowsUpdate\AU
In right-side pane, create DWORD value NoAutoUpdate and set its value to 1
