Some programs on closing, minimize to the taskbar. I want the program to keep on running and NOT show in the taskbar... or anywhere on the screen.

Is there any way to do that??

You can hide the taskbar icons if necessary..
right click on taskbar, select properties, click customise beside "hide inactive icons", select the program there.. and select the option "Hide always"..
nyways, it will not completely remove it from taskbar..

QUICK HIDE provides a quick and easy way for home and office PC users to quickly get sensitive materials off the screen without closing programs or losing documents.

HIDE-WINDOW feature also provides a useful way to temporarily remove clutter from the Taskbar without closing programs

The added bonus is an option to hard LOCK COMPUTER with password protection so when you're away, your work will not be seen.

Try it out.
