My budget is 10-15k also i need to use the monitor for 8-10 hours everyday as content creator/streamer.
THis is how it looks so should i repair it or buy new one? Also any idea how much it cost? also will those 10k or 15k monitor gives better experience then it.

Ouch. Repairing monitor is not worth it. If your monitor is reasonably old get a new one.
