it is for my friend and the requirement is that she requires an unlocked modem.
which is better, huawei e303c or e303u? or is there any other suggestions.

Regarding the price i dnt knw much but u can gt d one whch suits ur budget

N also keep in mind that speed depends on your network provider .so u ll b getting the speed according to netwrk and not the one stated on your datacard

ordered e303 u. it fits the budget well and she has nothing to do with 14 mbps ;-)
