As you didn't mentioned about speakers, keyboard, mouse etc I consider that you'll be using them from existing configuration.
I have ordered that config, also one of my friend is planning to go for a 25000 rs PC, gaming is not imp., shuld be able to run Win 7 fine, and shuld be able to run Hdef movies fine...basically office and internet work

And one suggestion, instead of getting a HD 4850 512 MB, get a MSI GTS 250 1GB GDDR3 @ 6.7K for your system. It is a better performer and consume less power than HD 4850.
