Right Click = Left Click

There is a strange problem in my mouse from today.
The context menu appears while both Right Clicking and Left Clicking.
So, when I try to right click or left click, in both manners, the menu appears.

What could be the problem?
Is it Registry, hardware, or Xp problem?

Control panel>mouse>buttons> set the choice here & apply, it should solve the problem.

Maybe the shift/ctrl/alt keys are jammed. Try hitting them hard a few times

Try removing and again plugging in the mouse. This happens with me as well. But when i just right click a few times , the prob is resolved.

I tried that mouse at frien's home, there it also did that.
Now I am replacing the mouse.

Now u have a mouse to experiment

make your mouse a JOYstick... google it , you will be surprised by this..
