Router required, 2-4k, decent range, USB storage share

Need to buy a new Router.

Initially was considering the cheapest one possible like TP-link Wr720n which was available for as low as Rs550 a few weeks ago.

Now thinking about getting a Good router with good bandwidth and storage sharing facilities. Already own a WR841N, bored of simple router, ehehe.

Don't have much idea about the prices, is my budget too low? Dual band not necessarily required. Will stream HD movies, but have heard 5 Ghz is less supported.
