1. What is the purpose of the pc
Ans - Games like BF3, Crysis , GTA , FIFA .
2. What is the budget ?
Ans - 48k to 51k
3. Planning to overclock?
Ans:If budget allows.
4. Which Operating System are you planning to use?
Ans: WIN 7
5. How much hard drive space is needed?
Ans: 500 GB
6. Do you want to buy a monitor?
Ans: YES ! 20'' OR 22'' .
7. Which components you DON'T want to
buy or which components you already have and plan on reusing?
Ans: I want to buy everything.
8. When are you planning to buy the system?
Ans: June 15th
9. Have you ever built a desktop before or
will this be done by an assembler?
Ans: Assembler
10. Where do you live? Are you buying
locally?
Ans: Only locally in Chennai.
GFX card may be bought online
11. Anything else which you would like to say?
Ans: I would like to have i5 configuration.

^^Config suggested by Cilus is perfectly balanced. You can get an i3 2120+H67 combo too but getting an unlocked quad core would be wiser choice IMO.

Total is a little over your budget . I Recommend you to extend your budget .

I think OP can opt for Samsung 20 " LED or Benq G222HDL @ 7.5K
