Go with V2 version of cooler master psu.
Your GPU and psu is supported and compatible. Don't worry.

Are Cooler Master PSUs good now? There is a PSU blacklist thread on this forum where CM PSUs are blacklisted.

I still wouldn't trust them with top end GPUs. Better safe than sorry.

Every good GPU brand publishes the min PSU requirement for a stable system that should be met to properly run the GPU.

*pg.asrock.com/Graphics-Card/AMD/Radeon RX 6500 XT Phantom Gaming D 4GB OC/index.asp#Specification

Generally keep a tolerance of some additional Watts from what min is specified for better performance.

Secondly if you ever go for high end board or GPU make sure that the PSU has all the required connectors.

More than 15 years ago when I bought Gigabyte 880GM board, it had 4+4 CPU EPS connector and I had to carefully look for a PSU back then that actually supplied 4+4 EPS connector where most common models were still supplying 4 Pin EPS and most vendors gave me "Yeah 4 pin wala chal jayega le lo" reply!
