Samsung galaxy ace s5830i boot problem

Today when i was updating my samsung galaxy ace s5830i with Icecream Sandwich (from gingerbread) through SD card update (downloaded as zip files), the update completed within 20 secs and gave a message Installation successful. After that i rebooted. Rebooting got stuck at samsung galaxy ace s5830i logo itself. Is there any way to bring my phone back to life. Kindly give some inputs.

did you follow the complete procedure? wiped cache? else try flashing again.

Thanks for the reply sam. I first read your thread on android customization. Followed some guides on xda developer forum and brought my mobile back from bricking [hope the term bricking that i learnt is correct :) :)]. I even bumped upon a thread which had Team Digit custom rom but the download link was not available.

Anyway i learnt something.
