No dual camera, but still looks good @ Rs. 9,999

5 mega pixel front camera is a fail ? quad-core Exynos 7570 SoC is good ?

Why is this phone even worth considering?

I saw it on Gadgets360. I didn't see anything bad about it other than a 5 MP front cam. Mostly, people say Samsung will sell low cost devices with a less powerful processor. Is it the case here ?

Every other samsung phone except their flagships is a waste of money.

Not better than Xiaomi at that range then ?

The phone is part of Samsung's Make for India initiative, and brings features like Adaptive Wi-Fi, Advanced Memory Management, App Pair, and Samsung Mall.

Fancy name for a referral app. Samsung gets commission from any purchases made using that app.
