my Samsung I9300 Galaxy S III has RAM 1GB and internal storage memory 16GB , but RAM shows 832 MB and internal memory shows 11.35 GB ,, why????

16Gb - Android OS - Samsung Crap = 11.35 GB.

1 GB Ram will never ben shown 1Gb. The values are correct and nothing is wrong on the phone.

I have problem with video call . when I want to Video call . it displayed "connection failed: unable to make video call , try voice call "

help me ???
