I'm looking forward to buy a laptop around 30k.

Samsung NP300-E5Z-S01IN Laptop: Flipkart.com: Compare, Review Samsung Notebook

This meets all my requirements.

I'm just curious to know how are Samsung laptops. Their build quality, performance and after sales support.

Thanks.

I checked the configuration and it's quite good. Samsung Laptops are normally of good quality and decent battery backup. Still, check for some online reviews from Notebookcheck.net or some other sites.

Samsung laptops are having a good build quality and their performance is also very good.
My friend is using one from a long time and he is totally satisfied it.And all the users of samsung laptops are satisfied with what the bought.
Apart from that you can also have a look at sony VPCEG25EN and VPCEH25EN
and Toshiba Satellite C Series C640-X4012 has the best specs but I don't like the build quality of this laptop
