Friends am planning to buy a 32 inch LED tv looking for HD and alteast 2 HDMI
So please suggest a good LED TV around 30 k...which has good life span and should be durable.

you can't differentiate between HD and Full HD for less than 40 incher or more so get Samsung 26EH4800.

Get either Samsung 32F5000 or Samsung 32F4800.32F5000 is full HD while 32F4800 has very good sound.

I dont think so , I can differentiate between them very easily even in a 23" . It differs person by person , same goes with Refresh Rate .
