Get Sapphire HD7870 2 GB GHz edition instead. Sapphire AMD/ATI HD 7870 HDMI OC Edition 2 GB GDDR5 Graphics Card - Sapphire: Flipkart.com
Flex edition is usefull only if you want multiple display options.

If you can buy the graphic card without EMI, then mdcomputers.in has the same graphic card available for 16k only.

Asus HD7870 DCII is a better option IMO but ~17k will get you a Sapphire HD 7870 XT which is better than HD 7870 - so go for Tahiti LE.

TAHITI LE or HD 7870 XT is the best option here. It is currently available at 16.4K + 4% vat in Vedant Computer.

Make that 5% VAT. It has supposedly been raised from March. I bought an SSD from MD yesterday and had to pay 5% VAT :(

Computer products are already expensive as it is since we have to import everything and then the government starts looting us :-x

Better loot us than those purchasing floor or rice.
