Secure documents in Cloud

Which is the most reliable and good Digital Storage locker you guys use for storing/reading your documents ? (Aadhar/PAN/Driver License etc)

I use Bitwarden. When you create a new entry you can choose the option to be either a login, identity or card. I choose identity and fill in the info. Bitwarden automatically chooses Aadhaar by default based on location but you can choose other info as well.

I use my own server and the official Bitwarden app on my phone.

How?

I have my own VPS and I am running Bitwarden server on it (among other things).

Specifically this is the server: dani-garcia/vaultwarden

Then I just configured the server address in the Bitwarden mobile app and login to my server.
