Should I purchase a laptop with seller or manufacturer warranty?

In ebay, Dell laptop has 16 GB of RAM but it has seller warranty.

But company warranty has 8GB RAM and is priced higher.

Is there any use with 16 GB RAM for Visual Studio, minor video editing, video creation etc

Seller warranty means that if the laptop gets any problem, you'll have to send it to the seller and expect him to fix it. Manufacturer warranty means that the original manufacturer of the laptop (Dell, Sony, etc) will provide the afters ale service within the warranty period for free and will charge for any such service out of the warranty period. Seller warranty is just a gimmick to sell black or out of warranty stuff. Avoid it at ALL costs.
