Send To items lost

Hi ,
All the items of my Send To menu which comes on right clicking an object are lost :( except 3 1/2 floppy.
Please suggest some way to get it back.

navigate to this folder
C:\Documents and Settings\Administrator\SendTo
mind u it is a hidden folder

and add wat ever u want to there
