For your office work, the intel rig and AMD rig both are quite good.
* CPU: Intel i3-2100 -- 5.5k
* MoBo: Intel DH61WW -- 3.5k
* RAM: Corsair/GSkill 2GB DDR3 -- 0.8k
* HDD: WDC Blue 500GB -- 1.7k
* ODD: LG/Samsung/HP DVD RW -- 0.9k
* CASE: CM Elite 310 -- 1.5k
* PSU: FSP SAGAII 350W -- 1.5k
* Monitor: DELL IN2020M / SAMSUNG B2030 -- 6.2k
* Desket: Logitech/IBall KB combo -- 0.6k
* Speakers: Logitech R-05/ Creative A-35 -- 0.4k
* UPS: APC 600VA -- 1.7k
Total -- 24.3k

As this rig is for office IMO it wont br upgraded for long time. So, its better to stick with the PSU, CASE and UPS mentioned above. As they are branded they will serve you office PC efficiently for next many years.
